 ifferent areas around the globe to experience food
  and drinks that are native or known in that regio
 n.&nbsp\; &nbsp\;We will start the hour off with a
 &nbsp\;brief introduction to&nbsp\;what makes the 
 area we are visiting unique and special.&nbsp\;\n 
 \n Next up\, is when the real&nbsp\;fun begins... 
 Rick Smith\, a past chef and restaurant owner will
  walks you through a dish or two that is known in 
 that area or uses ingredients indigent to the area
 .&nbsp\; His mother Marilyn is his sous chef!&nbsp
 \; Intermixed in it all is the delightful and funn
 y Maria\, Rick&#39\;s daughter\, who teaches us th
 e best way to make a good cocktail or two (nonalco
 holic also included) from the area.&nbsp\;\n \n Mo
 roccan food is characterized by its sweet\, savory
 \, and sour dishes\, along with its vibrant and co
 lorful dishes.&nbsp\; Morocco is one of the most v
 isited countries in Africa due to their exciting c
 ulture and amazing Mediterranean cuisine.&nbsp\; S
 imilar to India\, Morocco uses a variety of exotic
  spices and seasonings giving their food a unique 
 taste.&nbsp\;\n \n The virtual excursion starts at
  4:30 so you can join in after work and before mea
 l time\, in the hopes that you will join in the co
 oking experience so you too will have a delicious 
 meal that evening.&nbsp\; We send ingredients for 
 both drinks and food prior.&nbsp\;\n \n Sign Up To
