Every other month we provide our members and volunteers with the opportunity to be enlightened on numerous different subjects by an informative panel of experts in their profession.  Topics are chosen with feedback from members and volunteers as well as from the many relevant topics occurring in the world around us.

Join Us For Our Live, Virtual Bi-Monthly Little Talk Gatherings. Open To All.

Our Little Talks are sponsored by Kaiser Permanente!

Our Little Talk is at Noon on Wednesday, January 25th. Once you have RSVP'd we will send you a zoom link.

This month we are talking about hobbies and their importance to our physical, social, interpersonal, and creative being.

Hobbies take us out of our everyday experiences and give us a chance to do something we love and are passionate about.

Our speakers will touch on the benefits of hobbies in physical, mental, and emotional well-being as well as the introduction to meeting and being with new friends of like minds.
