At all stages of life, physical health is one of the most significant factors influencing your well-being. No matter who you are, physical activity and proper nutrition can improve your physical and mental well being.  We will celebrate physical health day by going over topics surrounding physical health, exercise, and nutrition in this months Little Talk.
