Join Vivo for a FREE exercise class! Monday, September 26th at 1pm.
Each Vivo session is 45 minutes long and provides a full body workout, proven to be the most effective way to improve your strength, mobility, balance, independence and quality of life.
The session will be led by a Vivo trainer who will provide instructions and variations to every exercise in the program for whatever fitness level you are at. Vivo combines the 1-on-1 personal training experience with the community of virtual small group classes, all individualized and customizable every day.
This class will be led by Kevin Snodgrass - head trainer for Vivo.
Kevin is a certified fitness professional and has spent over a decade working as a corrective exercise specialist helping individuals with chronic health issues and injuries improve their strength and mobility, with the goal of returning to their normal activities. He has also worked in mental health programs integrating exercise, nutrition and meditation as supporting interventions for individuals undergoing therapy and medication.
