Natalie began her employee benefit career at Paychex in 2000, where she advised both large and small businesses on all aspects of their benefits functions, including: payroll, 401Ks, and 401K integrations and benefit plans. She has used those experiences to become a direct benefit resource to businesses. Natalie joined A Little Help initially as a volunteer with her 3 sons and has spent time helping our members get to doctors’ appointments, get groceries, and shovel snow from their sidewalks. She has loved what the organization was bringing to the community and wanted to get involved at a deeper level, so she volunteered to join the board in 2022. Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and coaching soccer.
