Steve is a passionate leader and his career has been centered around growing people, teams, and businesses. He has been with large and small organizations, such as Coors, MillerCoors, Integer, InnovAge, California Lottery, and consulting with the Tenzo Group. Developing strategy, building teams, and scaling programs/opportunities is where Steve has been enjoyed and has excelled.
Most recently, Steve was the VP of Business Development for the country’s largest Program of All-Inclusive Care (PACE) and it sparked mission-driven work supporting seniors in their effort to remain in place for as long as possible. Steve developed scalable solutions to facilitate significant growth and the ability to serve more seniors from 2016 to 2021.
Steve also served on the board of the Colorado Latino Leadership Advocacy & Research Organization (CLLARO) as board secretary.
Steve is a REALTOR® and a Real Estate investor and his wife Linda, is a neonatal nurse practitioner. He lives in Windsor, CO, and has three young adult children that participate in A Little Help Service Saturdays.
