Krista contributes to a variety of A Little Help projects in her role as Program Coordinator and thrives on helping others. Krista started with A Little Help as a volunteer/office helper and stepped into a staff role to help with the increased activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now she does a little of everything to support the members and volunteers of A Little Help. She loves that each day working at A Little Help is an opportunity to create things that will strengthen our communities and change the world for the better.
Krista moved to Colorado over 26 years ago. During that time she has worked with a variety of non-profit organizations with a wide range of roles from volunteer to board president. Some of these positions include: Getaway Tours, Moguls Ski & Snow Tours, multiple YMCA’s, Copper Mountain, Little ’t’ Pre-school, Christian Women’s Connection, Thompson School District, Orcas Synchronized Swimming, and a variety of other clubs/organizations. Krista graduated with a BS in Tourism Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. In her spare time, Krista currently enjoys coaching the local school swim/dive teams, participating in sprint triathlons, and cheering on family members in all their endeavors.
