In Larimer County, A Little Help is bringing its service and community-building model to older adults and their neighbors throughout the county. We are spending the summer building capacity and awareness and will launch our services in Fort Collins in the fall, 2019. Access to resources increases as our geographical footprint and penetration grow.

Our current Fort Collins team is composed of enthusiastic neighbors who plant seeds among neighborhoods and community organizations, encouraging them to help serve older adults. Local site teams throughout the county will identify the unique strengths, capacities, and complexities of each neighborhood, helping them to be the most effective organization for each situation. Our HelpConnect system also provides easy ways for members to request assistance or be refered to professional services for nearly any non-medical need. If you would like to get involved in this effort, please contact A Little Help at 970.412.9396 or
